To begin, if you share login credentials between website (which is not recommended), please be sure to update those account passwords as soon as possible. If you have a credit card saved to your BestBuy.com account, please monitor that card activity and connect with your credit card issuer or bank to report any incidents.
As it has been a while since you first posted I’m unsure if you have already spoken with one of our other Best Buy customer service teams about this already. Due to the high number of posts and messages coming through our forum lately, calling our customer service teams via phone at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 should allow you to speak with a representative more quickly when in need of immediate assistance.
