HORRIBLE Service

I have been on the phone with BB trying to cancel my order from today for over 2 hours tonight. I’ve called back four times and always been on put on hold and no one picks up. I keep being put on hold and no one comes back. This is entirely unacceptable. I would like my order canceled right away and my money refunded. Please confirm this.{removed per forum guidelines}

Welcome to our forums, and thank you for sharing your feedback with us.  Whether by phone, in store, or through our social media channels, we expect our customers to receive a positive experience whenever interacting with us.  From what you’ve described, your calls to us last night are far from the service we hope to provide our customers, and I apologize for any frustration these calls may have caused. 

 

Although we’ve removed your order number to protect the sensitive information contained within those numbers, I was able to take a look at your order, and it appears you were able to get it cancelled since your initial post to our forums.  If this isn’t the case, or if you need any additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to visit our Support Forums again, and I’ll be happy to help in any way I can.
