Guest Account Order Number

I ordered an item through a guest account and I don’t have the email with the order number. So now I am unable to track the order. I can provide all verification documents requested. But I need some assistance.

For some reason my message got cut off, you can also wait for a mod to respond but phone is generally quicker.

Welcome to our forums!  I can’t tell you how many times I’ve placed an order through one site or another as a guest and either never received the confirmation email, or simply lost it in the depths of my email inbox.  It’s obviously an important email to have, so I can certainly understand why you’d want to make sure yours is delivered as expected.

 

If you’ve not contacted our other support teams for assistance, I’ll be happy to take a closer look and see if I can get you the information you’re looking for.  For me to begin my research, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • What item(s) was/were purchased

 

As you can imagine, we’ll want to keep your sensitive information out of the public view of our forums, so be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this information sent my way.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
