My order showed as delivered but is accepted by someone I don't know!! I spent about 2 hours on live chat explaining my situation and kept being told to call them, but I'm partially deaf so calling really isn't an option for me. I explained this time and time again and they said there was nothing they could do. Then they said to go into the store and they might be able to help, but the closest store is 50 miles away, that's why I ordered online!!! Feel like I'm been treated like a liar and their system really isn't friendly to people that are hard of hearing. Now I'm terrified I've lost all my money.

Okay so I received an email from my apartment complex to say that a package had been delivered to them for me... considering the price of the package I don’t know why it was given to anyone except for me!!! But I thought yay, my package has turned up but no. The package has the box of the item, but the item is missing. It says the package was 4lb on the shipping label on the box but it says the item weighed 3lbs on the UPS website?! Somewhere along the line my item has gone missing and it seems like it was misdelivered on purpose so that I wouldn’t find out it’s been taken?! What is goin on BestBuy? I have pictures of the box before I even opened it and it looks tampered with... please someone tell me what is going on.

We have advised you that your first step is to contact UPS. Per our Shipping Times and Cost section online it specifies the Title to Products, meaning you will need to address the loss with UPS. Since you advised me of being hard of hearing, I provided you with their TTY/TDD Access for Hearing Impaired number: 1-800-833-0056. If you feel this item was stolen, you should then contact your local police department. I appreciate your time and patience.
