I ordered 2 Shell giftcards off of BestBuy.com to pick up in store a few weeks ago. I was able to use one no problem, but this morning I went to use the other and it would not work. I called the customer service number on the back of the giftcard, and they told me that it had not been activated. What can I do to get this resolved?
