Been calling Bestbuy and constantly transferred to departments that provide no assistance. They even transferred me to the Giftcard department which had a dead #.
I made a purchase with two Best Buy physical giftcards, the giftcard failed (unsure why) and i cancelled the order. It has been over 12 hours and there is no refund on my Giftcard. Please assist me in this.

As someone who holds onto gift card for quite a while, I can certainly understand wanting the balance on this git card restored as quickly as possible. I'd be happy to assist you in looking into what options we may have to assist you.
In some cases, it can take up to 24 hours for a refund to be processed to a gift card. I can certainly take a look at this order to make sure this is processing normally. I will need a bit more information in order to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:
