Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums. I'm sorry that your gift cards weren't working. There isn't a whole lot worse than being excited for ice cream only to not be able to get it.
If things are showing as activated on our end, you would need to call the number on the back of the gift cards for support. I'm sorry if we didn't communicate this to you in an effective way. I can absolutely double-check to make sure they are activated on our side, if you'd like.
