I have four gift cards that all show value in the gift card balance checker. I have used part of the value of two of them already, and two are unused so far. I'm trying to place an order using these gift cards but I keep getting "Sorry, we didn’t recognize this gift card or savings code. Please check your numbers and try again.". The numbers are clearly fine as the gift card balance checker recognizes them. Can you please help sort this out?
