Today I received a Best Buy gift card and I have been trying to use it to buy my kids some Roblox gift cards for their accounts. I have tried multiple times but I keep getting an order cancelled email back around 20 mins after the purchase. There is enough money on the gift card and it should be operational. I read in the gift card faq that open loop gift cards cannot be purchased with a Best Buy gift card. I do believe that Roblox gift card is not an open card though. Anyways, I’ve been searching for help onsite for over an hour now and would appreciate any help or info on this. Thank you so much.

You can't buy any gift card with a gift card. They shut it down a while back due to scammers.
