Gift card not received

Hello, I hope you are doing well.Just to let you know that I am one of the loyal customer of Best buy. I really like buying product from Best buy even if i have to pay little more as I always have very good customer service and also amazing tech support but recently I am going through some challenges with this order  {removed per forum guidelines} dated Dec 20, 2019. I bought this Samsung Tablet when it was in a very good promotion. Actual promotion was to receive $100 gift card but for some reasons, I did not receive it at the time of purchase then I spoke to a customer service agent and she mentioned that I can collect the gift card when I am picking it from the store but I did not receive it at the store either.Please find attached screen shot of the promotion for your reference. By the way, I never come across such situation in the past.So could you please let me know the reason for not receiving the gift card?   Thanks in advance,Vinod

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for connecting with us regarding your troubles with this $100 gift card offer. It's always exciting to buy a new piece of tech such as this Samsung tablet, but even more so when there's a great promotion to participate in! I would be frustrated as well to not receive such an offer, and would be seeking assistance as well. I'm fairly certain I know what happened here, but will need a few more details to be sure.
