Gift card funds not returned

I canceled an order on June 22 and none of the gift card funds have been returned after over a month. I already spent an hour talking to customer-service in late June and they assured me that the funds would be returned. I am very frustrated and I am missing $125 in funds. Also extremely frustrating that I can’t email customer service. My only choice is waiting on hold again.

It's understandable that you'd like to receive an update on your refund. It's quite strange that it's taken this long, as refunds to Best Buy Gift Cards typically process through within 24 hours.
