Gift card failed authorization

I placed an order for in store pickup on 11/26, but the gift card failed authorization and the order had to be cancelled. I was able to place another order with the same gift card the next day, but the amount taken for the cancelled order has not been refunded to the gift card. The gift card support center has not been any help in getting this resolved. Any assistance would be appreciated!
