Gift card failed authorization, balance not restored

I had an order on that I paid for partially using a gift card which later failed because of "failed authorization" on the gift card.

The gift card funds were drained and not refunded!

It's been three days and I'd like to use the gift card but the funds haven't been restored.

Could you please help?

Thank you for stopping by our community forums again. I know I hold on to gift cards for quite a while and I'm sure you're eager for this balance to be restored. Generally, gift cards are refunded within 24 hours so I'd certainly like to tkae a closer look into why this has not been refunded yet. 


I'd like to take a look at your order to see why this refund has not yet been processed and will need to gather a bit more information to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

Order number
