I recently purchased an order using several gift cards. The order went through, but got email later saying gift cards failed authorization. after the order canceled, all the gift card balance get cleared. It's been three days, still no refund from Best Buy, I have called customer service several times, all I was told is wait for the refund.
Search show alot of same issue in the forums, dose anyone have similar experience, and how the issue get resolved?
