Hello, I Make an best buy purchase online with an 300$ best buy gift card, order total was 299.95$, I got email said your order has been canceled but Gift card balance didn't credited to card again !! said balance is 0.05, kindly help to refund card balance

It's never ideal to have an order cancel, let alone not received refund back to gift card.  Gift cards can take 48 hours for refund. I'll be happy to take closer in to this matter. Please send a Private message, blue button bottom right corner, with the following:
