Gift card accepted, but not applied to order price

I ordered a headset today, and applied a $50 gift card. The order confirmation showed $50 deducted from the total price, but the subsequent confirmation e-mail and order details show no sign of the discount.

I did a test of going through the ordering process once again, applying the gift card information a second time, and it correctly said that I had no remaining balance on that card. This would imply that the credit should have been used for my actual purchase.

I'm a bit confused by your message. Gift cards do not apply any discount to an order but are instead an additional form of payment. Does the amount that you were charged for this order reflect the remaining balance due after applying this gift card?

I was concerned that my gift card wasn't applied because the confirmation e-mail included a discount line which read "-$0.00." After looking at the payment details section of the order, I can see that the card was properly applied and all the payment information is correct.

Thank you for the quick response, everything is actually fine.
