Gift Cards never refunded

I tried placing an order for a TV. The website locked up on an additional verification step after I clicked “place order”. I had used multiple gift cards for the purchase. I was told to place the order again, when I tried to the gift cards were rejected as having a $0 balance. I have spent 5 hours with customer service. Was told they should be refunded via email but nothing has happened. Feels like Best Buy has stolen from me.

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums, although I wish it were on better terms. Experiencing a delay in a refund is never ideal. Vanessa, what happened. You never followed up with me. This has been my consistent experience with Best Buy. Is this how you intend to treat your customers?

Posts are answered in the order they are received. As she stated there is an influx of customer responses, most like ahead of yours who posted. Best Buy answers across all platforms. Your patience is appreciated.
