Gift Cards have value, aren't accepted

I entered my gift cards under check value and they say they have value, when I enter them online to pay they say " Sorry, we didn't recognize this gift card or savings code. Please check your numbers and try again."  I'm told by to call another company to fix, it's not hte other companies issue that sent the e-card.  First I could enter 8 of the 9, now none.  It's your fault.  How can i buy something if it won't allow me to enter gift cards?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for the post! I can imagine there being some frustration in not having your gift cards be accepted. I'm sorry!

 

Firstly, to rule out any potential website glitches, I would recommend trying a different browser, clearing your cache, and ensuring you're not using a VPN. 

 

If, however, the problem persists, know that e-giftcards are administered by a third party company called CashStar, which will likely be of help. They can be reached via the phone at 1-855-741-1209 and this may be a solution. 

 

I would, however, first like to take a look on our end and see if I see anything suspicious. Can you send me a private message with your name, email, phone number, and one of the gift card numbers (do NOT include the PIN)?

I deleted my history and reentered and it worked.
