Hi,
I Need some help with my cancelled order. My recent purchase ran into failed authrorization issue so i cancelled my order. However, the balance on the Gift Cards were never refunded. Please help.

In regards to your order, once cancelled, you should see the funds return to your Best Buy gift cards or store credit within 30 minutes, as outlined in our Cancel Your Order Help Center article.
