Gift Card

Hello, Due to a huge mix-up by a Customer Service Representative, I had to spend 90 minutes on the phone and eventually elevating the call to a Supervisor.  It was a simple matter.  The delivery company damaged a shipment to me and indicated the box was destroyed.  When a replacement shipment was not automatically started by BB, I phoned Customer Support.  All this agent had to do was verify the destroyed shipment (which was indicated on my Order Status page) and reship the damaged items.  She totally messes things up and after an hour I requested her supervisor.  Things were so messed up, it took the supervisor and additional 30 minutes to get it all straightened out. I was told to compensate me for my time I was to be mailed via USPS, with a conformation email, a $20 Gift Card. I have not received the confirmation email and it has been over two hours since our call ended. This all pertains to Order # {removed per forum guidelines} Sincerely, Theodore {removed per forum guidelines}

We entrust our carriers to ensure the safe delivery of our customers' orders, so it's far from what we like to hear that your order arrived destroyed. While it sounds like quite the hassle you went through on the phone, I'm glad things seem to be sorted out.
