I was used two gift cards on an order but it states payment issue which I cancelled it. I tried to use those two gift cards in another order next day but the notice of payment issue happens again. The difference is that there is NO refund processed on my gift cards of the second order. Which the case is I place the order, notice of payment issue appear, order cancelled, while the balance of my gift cards got charged with no refund.
I've tried to contact with representative online (about 10 times), phone call ( 5 times and spent hours for each). NONE of them is really trying to solve this issue but keep asking my information, request to wait, and transfer to another department. Each department shirks responsibilities with each other, no one wants to be responsible but pushes the "trouble" to others.
I’m tired of being transferred from different departments and nobody is really trying to solve this problem. Can't believe a well-known company is unable to solve an e-gift card problem with an amount only $60. I don't want that to become my last order on Bestbuy but this experience is really disappointing me. I NEED A SOLUTION!
