I had placed an online order on Nov 27, 2020 at bestbuy.com using 7 best buy gift cards. After the succesful order placement, I recieved an email from best buy for "Failed Authorization" on one of the gift cards which had a value of $ 175. I called best buy customer care and they suggested me to cancel this order and then upon cancellation, I got refund on 6 best buy gift cards and just not on the one card which said "Failed Authorization" ($ 175 one).
While submitting this support request, your system suggested me similar issue (link below). I have exact same issue as in the link below. Can you please help me and get me the refund of $ 175 on my best buy gift card ?

Thank you for joining our team here on the Best Buy Forums, although I am sad that it were under these circumstances. Typically, when an order is cancelled that was paid for with a gift card, the purchase amount will be credited to your gift card within 30 minutes of the cancellation.
