I purchased a Best Buy gift card online and had it physically shipped to me. Unfortunately, the card got damaged and now the card number and PIN are unreadable. I called the gift card hotline to get my card reissued but the phone number required me to enter the card number which I do not have. I do have screenshots of my online receipt, shipping confirmation, order number, etc. Please let me know how I can have the card reissued.
