I recently purchased an order using a gift card. The order went through, but a minute later, I received an email stating a payment problem. The gift card failed authorization. Prior to placing my order, i had checked, and indeed, i had the full intended balance for $200. It has been over 6 hours. The deducted portion has still not returned to gift card yet. Please advise why the payment failed and when the fund will return to my account.
