I saw multiple theread about the same issue. Here is the context:
I got this gift card from Amazon. I placed an order the the authorization failed for this gift card and I don't know why.
Then I cancelled this order but that money does not go back to my gift card.
I saw multiple people got this issue resolved here. Hope someone can help.
