Made a purchase over 24 hours ago using 4 gift cards, and 20 minutes after the order I receive a message that my order was cancelled because the product was no longer in stock at the store I had scheduled a pickup at. This is completely understandable. What isn't understandable is that over a day has passed and I am still waiting to get my balance back on my gift cards to make a purchase. All because the website was incorrect about what a specific store has in stock. I shouldn't have to worry every time I make a purchase with gift cards.

Refunds to a Best Buy gift card should be visible within 24 hours of the cancellation. Please send us over a private message including your cancelled order number, phone number, full name, and email so that we can take a look into this for you.
