I recently made a purchase on Best Buy .com for one day shipping. According to the tracking information, courier service Geodis, they cancelled the delivery. Now there is no estimated arrival date, no additional tracking information, just the that the delivery was cancelled. When I went to the Geodis site directly to check the tracking, it showed no order information and just had a notice advising me to contact the shipper, which is Best Buy.
Despite this, Best Buy's system has the order listed as delayed, so I have no option to do a store pick up, change my shipping options, or even cancel the order.
I went in store for assistance, and they showed me that the item I purchased was in stock, but then advised I call 1-888 Best Buy as there was nothing they could do. Calling customer service got me no where, as they kept saying the item was being shipped and was in progress, despite the delivery being cancelled in the tracking history.
I need help.
