I purchased 2 geek squad remote start installation services on 09/28/2020 order # is {removed per forum guidelines}. I have been trying for over a month to schedule the service but weverytime I go on the website to do so it kept saying that no best buys near me had any available appouintments. I finally went on today and the best buys near me have appoinments but they are more than a month away. The services have not been completed and the purchases have not been redeemed. I would like to have this order canceled and my money refund back to my best buy credit card as Best Buy is unable to fulfill my service in a timely manner
