Gamers club order cancelled without notification

I purchased RDR for PS4 with free gold accessory using my paid gamer's club unlocked profile on Dec 4th. My card was authorized for the total.  I had no emails saying my order had been cancelled and today as I look to see the tracking I find the order had been cancelled without notification.  I called 800 BESTBUY and got a rude customer service agent who hung up on me when I asked to talk to supervisor and they would not reinstate the order. I would have already had the game via Amazon. Bestbuy has really lost customer service with having foreign call centers and people with no way to fix the issue. It is pretty offensive also to be told the supervisor wouldn't do anything. I just want my order shipped as ordered and no additional hassle. No good way to escalate or report these failures.  order

It is still useless.  No response. 888 best buy will get you argumentative Indians who hang up on you.  Finally by going to store and they talked to bridge and found my account has fraud flagged. 888 BEST BUY has no clue. 5-6 orders cancelled. I am pretty angry and feel like I am second class to bestbuy and they want to shed me as a customer.

I have never seen a business with such a lack of communication between departments. You only have access to call 888 BESTBUY, Chat, or go to a Store.  The store cannot do anything of substance to help but they are able to get details of why things are failing when the India call center refuses to do so.  Why in the HECK would they cancel any of my orders once I have complained, proven my identity time and again, even in store.  Someone in Bestbuy does not like me for sure.  I hope they figure out who and shares with me so I can proceed with whatever I need to proceed with.

best buy is still failing. 

customer care escalation not going anywhere. 

in store purchase included item not in store and that item cancelled immediately though I did debit and pin transaction where they HAD THE MONEY. BB does not want my orders so they kill that part of the order instantly. 

they have one job, supply the product we order.

wasted my time for hours and days.

disfunctional totally, right hand cannot tell what left hand is doing at best buy.

this should have been fixed on dec 6th, still ongoing. 

I've been hung up on, transferred to other companies, etc. 

you can tell best buy cust care in india are ashamed of not being able to do anything and have very limited view of accounts and issues.

Continued failure. Promised email and resolution never arrived. Many calls, many orders, many failures.
