I ordered a digital and a physical game pass card in the mail during the black Friday sale. I recieved a shrinkwrapped 12-pack of un-activated cards instead of the single card.
Tried the phone lines twice, got sent back and forth between sales and tech support and hung up on twice.
Tried the chat and the guy re-sent me the digital card I purchased and told me to call after I told him that's not the issue.
Guess this is my last option for getting meaningful support?
I'd appreciate the help.
