im extremely mad. have been on the phone with best buy for hours now. Some guy named Ethan was super rude. The ups driver delivered my package to my house. It was only to be dropped off if a signature was given. My mother is home and the driver does not ask for signature as other packages from them they always ask. As i grab the box it feels light. I go ahead and open it and to my surprise the box is empty. Only the plastic bubble wrap is inside. I look at the side of the box and it has a big gash with clear tape on it.
Its so dumb that i have to wait now for a claim to be opened and i'm out $1,799. Should have gone to Verizon or picked one up a couple city's over. First and last time I order from you guys. Customer service is so so so bad.

This would be a matter for law enforcement. Once Best Buy hands the package off to the delivery courrier it is out of their hands and UPS would be responsible for this incident. You may need to file a report with the police in this matter.

Thanks for posting this, and I can of course understand being upset that a $1,799 phone was not in the packaging that should have required a signature. I can also say that every representative of Best Buy should be professional when interacting with one of our customers. I was glad to hear that this did end up getting taken care of for you. Do you have any specific requests of me?

Yes I do. I have filed a dispute with the BBB. All im asking best buy is to give me the option to pick up my replacement phone at another local store that has them in stock. Im currently phone less and i have to wait untill january 19th for my replacement.
