Frustrating Order Experience

I ordered a watch for my wife’s birthday on July 11th online. I have contacted help agents thrice for this order since then with no resolution. It has been sitting with FedEx since the 18th and their customer service keeps referring me back to Best Buy since BBY is the shipper. The last BBY agent told me they would dispatch my case for escalation. Turns out, they didn’t. I have already rebought the same item from my local store. This entire experience has been one frustration leading to another. I just want my money back.
