I ordered a beverage center. It was delivered by UPS, to the side of my house where there are no doors or windows. Oh, and I live on a private street where NO ONE is driving by my home. This was done for convenience, not security.
Upon inspection of the fridge, the lower portion ofthe box was missing and the door was trashed. Fine, not a big deal. I'll call Best Buy, they can issue a call tag, and I'll reorder another. Six calls later and I still DO NOT have a proper call tag.
It has taken six calls. 2 Hours, 4 minutes, and 6 seconds, total.
I am not calling again. I need the proper call tag emailed to me. I am NOT paying return freight nor a $9.90 UPS pick-up fee because you damaged my fridge. I weigh 100lbs... I am not picking up this fridge and putting it into my car and driving it to a UPS location to drop off.
You will be getting an invoice for my time wasted over the last two days. I am in business to make money, not have you steal it from me because the crappy UPS driver didn't feel like doing his job.

Please know that you should be able to access your pre-paid shipping label for a return by logging in to see the order. From there, you should see an button that says "Return & Support Options." Clicking this will allow you to print the prepaid return label along with showing you other return options.
