I am ordering a movie online for $9.99 and shipping is almost half ($3.99) of the cost of the movie! I don’t completely understand how shipping from warehouses work and know costs are high but I feel Best Buy should offer free shipping to store for more items. I tried calling customer support to see if this was an option for me but was blown off. 😢 The movie is from 1989 and I probably can find it somewhere else for a lower cost.

As it sounds like you’re aware, there is commonly a shipping fee associated with orders placed through BestBuy.com.  While we’ll be unable to waive these shipping fees, we do offer free shipping on most orders $35 and up, should you decide to pair your Blu-ray movie with another item.  If you have any other questions regarding our shipping process, this Help Center article may provide additional insight.
