Free install

I bought a stereo specifically the power acoustics stereo/DVD player which shows is supposed to have free install. When placing the order it would not give me a way to schedule the free install. I called in to the number to ask how I was supposed to schedule the free install and they told me to just schedule it when I came to pick up the stuff. Now that I've picked it up they are saying that the free install should have been scheduled in the order itself online. But since it wouldnt let me I want to have my free install honored.

A free installation sounds like a great promotion! I totally understand why you would want to take advantage of that.
