Fraudulent charge on my credit card November 29, 2020 ? Please Need your help ?

After Thanksgiving November 29 2020 at 04:56 PM  was at Home with my daughter and grand daughter fraudulent charge was made in my credit card Best Buy #1028 529 5th Ave New York, NY 10017 

 

1) MacBook Pro 13.3" Laptop - Apple M1 chip - 8GB Memory - 256GB SSD (Latest Model) - Silver $ Total 1416.36

 

2) Apple Watch SE (GPS) 44mm Silver Aluminum Case with White Sport Band - Silver Model:MYDQ2LL/A  $ 309.00 + Tax

 

3) Apple - AirPods Pro - White Model:MWP22AM/A $ 220.00 + Tax

 

Total $2,000.00

 

"My question is,,,"

 

Why I never received text message ( I had set up if value over $ 10.00)

 never received email about from the purchased and Bill laid or received !!! (my email is setup)

still have my creditcard in my wallet was not lost ,,,

 

now I'm not be able to get my 4k tv for christmas until this matter is resolved Smiley Sad Smiley Sad Smiley Sad

You will want to contact your credit card provider and police ASAP. There isn't much the retailer can do. Sence it's a best buy card contact citi bank.

Call right away. Best Buy is a merchant where Citibank is the provider.

As nckhammond and hockeycanuckjc mentioned, contacting your local law enforcement and reporting these purchases to your banking institution are critical first steps. Were you able to contact our phone agents at (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 to report these transactions? If not, I would be glad to make sure this was documented in our system as well.
