I was charged today around 12:47am for an unauthorized purchase of $433.49 and reported it to my bank as fraud. I tried speaking with customer service and they are not able to understand or help my situation. The purchase was from my debit card for an online purchase and I don’t have the order number because it wasn’t on my Best Buy account. I wanted it canceled and refunded but don’t have the help needed. I can provide my bank statement debit card number attached to the purchase or any other info need to prove my identity.
