Fraud order - picked up without ID

I saw on my credit report a balance due on my Best Buy credit card which I have NEVER used. I was going to purchase appliances there a year ago then decided not to. I called and made the fraud claim. I went to the store and they manager said that they just request the barcode from online order but no ID this was a ($1500 IPad). He said that the security cameras did not go that far back to see who the pick up person was. When I spoke with Best Buy CS they advised that the fraud was flagged when a 2nd duplicate order was made for pickup at another store. I just received a notice that I am responsible for this payment. How? What should I do at this point?

Please be aware that we do our best to prevent fraud. These things can slip through the cracks, and you are able to contact your credit card provider, if you have the Best Buy Credit Card you can call (888) 574-1301. I would also advise to contact your local police department as soon as this is noticed to have the best attempt of catching the culprit. I did contact Best Buy Credit Card. I just received a letter that I am responsible. I spoke with them in December went to the store in January and now got this letter in the mail.

I can understand and you may need to get in contact with to contact with the Best Buy Credit Card support at (888) 574-1301 or through Chat: Help & Contact link when logged into their Citibank account.
