I did contact Best Buy Credit Card. I just received a letter that I am responsible. I spoke with them in December went to the store in January and now got this letter in the mail.

I can understand and you may need to get in contact with to contact with the Best Buy Credit Card support at (888) 574-1301 or through Chat: Help & Contact link when logged into their Citibank account.
