Hi, this morning I have received about 12 emails with an order I have never placed.
There seem to be repeated emails, for a phone subscription.
The amount is due to my name, although I don't have a payment method associated with the account.
If I log into the Best Buy account, the order history appears to be unavailable, so I can't see the order online.
Please cancel any order asociated to my name, I do not live in the US so I have not bought or planning to buy anything.

Welcome to our community, though I wish it were under better circumstances. As I know only too well from my own experience, having an account used without authorization can be quite upsetting indeed. I regret that you are having to cope with such a situation.

Right, so, I am not able to see my order status on your webpage (it says is not available), I can't cancell myself what I cannot see. Are you able to see outstanding orders under my name? I have no credit cards registered with you. I am not in the US, so my local authorities would not really apply here.
Are you able to provide further help?
