To Best&Buy Staff,
I have ordered an item with the help of a live agent for the price match three hours ago. He processed the order for me and sent me a link to pay. I asked him to process the order as an online shipping order. However, I figure it out right now that the item was processed as an "In-Store Purchase" item and picked up by someone. Well, I stay at home the whole day. And Best&Buy should have stopped the in-store purchase, right? I wonder what is going on in Best&Buy and Best Buy.com? Fake live agent processes fake order? I am really confused about the situation that I have encountered.
