Fraud Charge

Hi, I am not a user of BestBuy,com but my debit card was charged for a purchase made here.


I have to create an account here to seek help. Is there a way that I can reach the fraud department to report the matter, so that I can expedite the process of recovering my stolen money?


I'm not a US citizen, so you can contact me through the email address indicated for my account.
