Hi there today I received an email of something that I reported I ordered a package from bestbuy and I called them reporting it was missing . Bestbuy customer service said they will reimburse me for this situation. The email I received stated they would not reimbursed me or refund me in this case to work with local authorities????? What is this can anyone explain this to me ??? This has never happened to me before and this is how you help us customers I should of known to buy it at the store in person but no I went with my gut. It’s not our fault things get stolen at all how far unfair is this ?? Has anyone have this happened to them and bestbuy gives you the back ?? Please help I don’t even have funds to be buying this again was my job savings. Why would bestbuy give me there back I gave you guys years of my time working to help customers they are always right and this is how I get treated it’s not fair . This isn’t Best Buy at all have they changed ??? This is the worst treatment ever I can’t believe they are doing this to me ???
