I would like an email address for Customer Service or a phone number to call in order to make a formal complaint. In general, my goal is to receive a written confirmation for a refund that Best Buy Customer Service says will be issued in the next "24-48 hours" but has not been issued since Nov 30. And now the issue has been marked as "closed" and I am still out of my money.
There is a lot of detail (as well as documentation) involved in this request so I want to know which phone number or email address to direct it to before I take the time to write everything out. Thanks

Having had to return a few things this holiday season, I can certainly imagine wanting to be sure of when this refund would be processed. Generally, it can take up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.
