Foreign Store Pick Up

Good morning Best Buy support staff,

I have a concern about store pick up for a non US citizen, im going to travel to miami and already selected an item on a mall of my convenience. My plan was to purchase it 1 or 2 days before my trip and schedule a store pick up, was reading the help section on the store pick up option & noticed the following requirements :

Bring to the store:

  1. Your government-issued photo ID
  2. The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used).
  3. Your order number.

My question is, will i have any issues if i present my native country goverment identification? do i need to present any extra documentation ?

Thank you for your help,

Re: Foreign Store Pick Up

I would suggest printing out your emailed receipt.  And bring your local id and a passport.

Re: Foreign Store Pick Up

Hey Juan,

Welcome to our forum, and I can appreciate you wanting to know what you need to pick up your order in one of our stores. It is my understanding that the government-issued photo ID can be from any government not just the U.S. I would suggest bringing both your ID and your Passport when picking up this order in one of our stores.
