I had a issue with a phone that basically Best Buy Assuumed that I got a phone that i never received. I had to contact the police and everything to get it situated. The McDonough Best Buy has been helping me out to make sure i get my money back that i lost. Moral of the store is i never received a phone from Best Buy and they are trying to say i have. I even mailed the product that I received back. I have been shopping with Best Buy for years and i need this situated asap. I just got a house and i need stuff set up and delivered and it's like I'm getting penalized for something that was never my fault. I have already been told my account has been flagged by the store. This is not right. Im out of $650 dollars and now i can't make order online. I need this fixed asap! I spend to much money with this company to be treated like a criminal! I have never done anything to get over and at this point Best Buy is taking advantage of of me.

I am confused. You mention you did not get a phone but you mailed a product back?
