Feeling scammed

On Amazon Prime Day, July 15th, I ordered a MacBook from Bust Buy on a great sale. Because of this I did not take advantage of great deals on Amazon or other stores during sale days. I continue to receive order status updates from Best Buy that say “in progress,” but my purchase doesn’t advance to ship. Today I was sent a message that says it doesn’t ship by Sept 13 they will cancel my order. I feel like this is fraud since I was led by a sale to purchase from Best Buy and lost my opportunity for a good deal elsewhere. Calls to Best Buy customer service have resulted in long waits, disconnections, and a never ending wait for a supervisor, in which after 20 mins I hung up. Bust Buy, do you care about filling orders and customer service? Has anyone else been scammed like this? Best Buy, if a product is sold out it is your responsibility to let the customer know when the order is placed or find a way to fulfill it asap.

Thank you for providing us with that update. We want you to be able to get connected with us! In general, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies then logging back in your forum profile should resolve the error. If that doesn't fix the issue, please let me know!
