Hello! So recently my dad ordered me a stand from BestBuy and it was defective so we issued an exchange, the new package came and we were going to send our old package to UPS but then one morning FedEx came and requested a package from us. My dad and I were confused but thought it was maybe the BestBuy package so we gave it to FedEx. We called a couple of days ago to let Bestbuy know of the situation but now my dad is getting Emails from UPS about the return of the defective stand. Please help as I really don't want my dad charged for a defective product. Have a nice day!
