I just received notification from Best Buy and from Fed-ex saying my delivery date has been delayed from today (6/22/19) until 6/25/19. Can't get my question answered by Fed-ex. I just would like an explanation of why it showed on Fed-ex site that it was at Ardmore, Ok yesterday which is less than 1 hour north of me. Now it is over 100 miles South of me in Hutchins, Texas.

I would think that Best Buy could contact Fed-ex and find out what happened. Best Buy promises a 2 day delivery and I am sitting her waiting, knowing that it was that close to my home and was notified it would be here that next day. When it wasn't delivered, I checked the Tracking and find out that it is now over 100 miles away in the opposite direction from where it was the night before.It's just aggravating and it would be nice to just know what happened.

Ok, that makes more sense to me. I appreciate that you took the time to explain that to me. I have NEVER had a problem with purchases orshipping when I order online from Best Buy. Thank you very much!
