False shipping status

Hello, 

 

I have purchased so many items from Best Buy it's hard to make a complaint. But this is my second bad experience so I have no choice. 

 

Just wanted to let you know your shipping is not good and it won't deliver the date you promised on the website. 

 

I bought item {removed per forum guidelines}. Didn't come on time. 

 

Again y'day I bought item {removed per forum guidelines}. Even though BB webise showing it's "shipped' it's not really shipped. Its all depends on the courier.  I know it won't come Saturday ( even though BB website said it will). If it didn't come on time I won't order anything online from BB hereafter. I will use alternative companies to do so. 

 

It's sad to see BB losing its quality of service.

Hello Anthonize,

 

Getting an order on-time is definitely something everyone expects to have happen when they place an online order.  Knowing ahead of time how quickly something will arrive is something I take into account when placing an order.

 

Obviously, our goal with every order is to make sure that it arrives by the estimated arrival time given on the order.  However, there are times when things outside of our control may impact when your order arrives, the most common being shipping delays from the carrier in getting it to you. 

 

Please also keep in mind that for many carriers, it can take up to 24 hours for their website to update with tracking information.  It is my hope that this package will arrive on time for you.

Hello Biill, 

 

Thank you for your prompt reply. 

 

I understand outside of your control if the package with the carrier. I'm referring to a package your website says "shipped'  and not even collected by carrier. This is something you can control. 

 

I don't know whether you can make any difference about this. Like I mentioned before this is not the first time for me. And I checked your forum so many other people had the same issue. 

 

When I check my order status, the package is not even in transit nor picked by USPS. I highly doubt it will arrive on tomorrow. 

 

I don't have any other online ordering issues with your competitors. Like I said this would mine last with BB if my package doesn't come on time tomorrow.

Until the shipment arrival date has passed, we would not be able to look any further into the shipping.  Should your package not arrive tomorrow per the ETA, please contact us back and we can look further into it for you.

As I predicted, my item never arrived on time. 

 

Please cancel my order and return my money at the earliest.

Many courier companies understand their customers’ need to be constantly updated on their shipment’s transit. That is why the majority has created a tracking system dedicated to them. Nowadays, shippers receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of the order.
