I checked into it, and that iPad is only available for store pickup. That means that the iPad is only available in select stores across the country. If that iPad is in stock at even a single store, the listing will be left up for customers in that area.
We can’t see full stock across all stores, so the person you spoke with on the phone may have been mistaken when telling you that we don’t have any of those iPads anywhere. If it turns out they were correct, that listing should be removed. As noted here, we do our best to have the most accurate information available on our site, but sometimes errors will occur.
We would not be able to sell you an alternate model of iPad at the cost of this iPad, as the promotion is limited to this model.

Online sales determined last night that the IPAD was NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY FOR SHIPPING OR ON SITE PURCHASE. NOWHERE IN THE COUNTRY. He said he was pulling the false ad off your website last night.
The model number is NOT EVEN AVAILABLE ANYMORE. You do not have the product, you haven't had it for quite awhile, and you are advertising an excellent sale. That is illegal. Call it Bait and Switch or whatever you prefer, but you have NO COMPARABLE ITEM AT THE PRICE AS TO WHAT YOU ADVERTISED.
I will contact my store and ask for an equivalent purchase. If the manager does not handle it for me, I am not going away.

I’m afraid that the person you spoke with last night was mistaken about that. I apologize for them not providing accurate information.
If you click on “update location” and plug in the ZIP code 80019, for example, you’ll see that we have that iPad available in that area.
